The child's constitutional right to protection

The article focuses attention on a constitutional right of child to a protection. Authors describe various definitions of the term "the rights to a protection" and offer the own definition of "the right of child to a protection". Also they analyze the reasons of the imperfective mechanism of the right to a protection. As one of the reasons they consider - the low legal culture both child and adult.
