Constitutional regulation of economic relations in the Russian Federation

The article examines the constitutional model of regulation of economic relations in the Russian Federation. The importance of the constitutional provisions governing the economic sphere is substantiated. The main models of constitutional regulation of economic relations are indicated on the example of foreign states and the interdependence of constitutional regulation and the type of state economy is substantiated. An attempt is made to analyze the positive and negative aspects of such regulation in our country. Some shortcomings are noted, the elimination of which could have a positive effect on the state of legal regulation in this area. Attention is drawn to the fact that the latest amendments to the Constitution did not solve the problems in this area and the need to improve the constitutional norms in this area remains.
