The constitutional regulation of manning of the armed forces of the Russian Federation on appeal in the context of military reform: problems and perspectives of legal regulation

This article discusses issues affecting details of conscription for military service, identifies problems in the legal regulation of recruiting events, historical aspects and features of the constitutional regulation. Based on the study of law enforcement it is proposed the amendments to the laws on military duty.
