Constitutional legal proceedings in the evolutionary dynamics

This scientific article examines the constitutional amendments of 2020 on constitutional justice. Among them are the provisions on the formation of the composition of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the expansion of its powers in terms of checking the compliance of draft laws with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, on clarifying the competence on the possibility of executing decisions of interstate bodies
