The role of decisions of the constitutional court of the Russian Federation in the implementation of state migration policy

The authors highlight key normative legal acts regulating migration legal relationship in the Russian Federation and determine that in law enforcement practice one should exclusively use the constitutional and legal interpretation of the norms of Russian legislation, which is implemented by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of a number of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in the field of migration policy, some theoretical conclusions are formulated and final generalizations are made.
