Constitutional rights, freedoms and obligations of the human and citizen of the Russian Federation

The article considers the rights and obligations of a person and citizen of the Russian Federation based on constitutional and legal norms, General theoretical provisions and scientific approaches. The importance of protecting these rights and responsibilities for preserving peace, development and democracy is also analyzed. Therefore, special attention is paid to possible types of legal liability for improper performance.
