The constitutional principles of Russian federalism and the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation

The purpose of the research undertaken in the framework of this scientific article is an attempt to identify a systemic link that exists between the constitutional and legal principles of the Russian Federation and the territorial integrity of the state, considering the amendments made to the Constitution during the 2020 popular vote and the admission of new subjects to Russia.
