Constitutional risks arising from separation of powers peculiarities in modern Russia

The article discusses the constitutional risks of modern Russia arising from the separation of powers model in Russia written in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, characterizes the problem of improving the constitutional and legal status of the President of the Russian Federation from the standpoint of minimizing the current and future constitutional risks in terms of international relations reforming.
