Constitutional and administrative-legal analysis of citizens' participation in the formation of public-service relations

The right to access to the civil service includes not only the right of demand, but also a whole range of restrictions and prohibitions that guarantee the State that civil servants will carry out their duties within the legal framework and adhering to certain ethical rules. In this article, the authors consider the content of the legal status of a civil servant in the Russian Federation, as well as liability in case of non-compliance with restrictions and prohibitions provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
