Constitutional control and constitutional legaliti in law enforcement: correlation issues

In this article, the author examines the issue of the possibility and necessity of directly applying the norms and principles of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in the resolution of specific cases in the framework of criminal, administrative and civil proceedings. The admissibility of the direct application of the Constitution of the Russian Federation is also maintained when the probable contradiction of the provisions of the legislation to the norms of the Basic Law of the Russian Federation is established.
