The constitutional principe of secret ballot and some issues of its implementation in Russian Federation

In the scientific article, the author examines the constitutional principle of secret ballot in the aspects of its legal consolidation. Some problems of the implementation of this principle related to remote electronic voting, which are currently of the greatest relevance. The author considers it necessary to improve the legislative framework and combine in a separate federal law the provisions related to the mechanism of implementation of the electronic voting, paying special attention to the requirements for organizational and technical compliance with the principle of secret ballot.
