The constitutional level of legal regulation of the corruption counteraction of in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the question of the division of levels of legal regulation of counteraction of corruption. The special attention is paid to the opportunity to consider the constitutional level of counteraction to corruption to be the basic one. Authors offer justification of this thesis through the system of factors.
