Construction of sanctions for illegal banking

Financial crimes are becoming more common nowadays. Majority of criminals commit them in order to earn a great deal of money. Crimes, such as bank fraud (article 172 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), are considered to be extremely dangerous within the existence of modern society due to the fact that its members regularly entrust banks with their money. However, these days the current legislation provides adequate measures to prevent this crime.
