Distinctions among constructions

The article is devoted to structural and semantic research of constructions operating with information. The authors describe details of structure and semantic distinctions between constructions for the first time in Mongolian studies. Only two basic constructions - monofinite construction with participle in accusative case and bifinite construction with conjunction gezhe - are analyzed in this article. The article also shows their semantic differentiation: direct operating with information (construction with participle in accusative) and the mediated, associated with internal speech (construction with gezhe). The authors came to conclusion that the dependent part with participle in accusative is characterized by presupposition of reality.
