The subject of the research is the features of constructive communication among medical workers with different work experience. The object of research is constructive communication. In the article we consider three main components of constructive communication: emotional, reflexive, behavioral, which form the basis of constructive communication. We also assume that the length of service may affect the conversion of the above components. Accordingly, in our study, we describe the component structure of constructive communication and analyze its features due to the experience separately in the group of doctors and in the group of nurses. To study the components, the following methods were selected - "scale of emotional response", "diagnosis of the level of reflexivity" and "personality orientation in communication". The main conclusions of the study are that the level of emotional response and orientation of communication do not depend on the length of service, and the level of reflexivity depends on the length of service. Also, after the results we have developed recommendations to optimize the studied components of constructive communication in health care professionals.
