Constructive conflicts resolution and pedagogical process as prevention of person's anti-social behavior

In an article the authors address to the theme of constructive conflicts resolution within the frame of pedagogical process. Such phenomenon as "pedagogical conflict" is defined, different types of conflicts, factors that influence the teacher's conflict behavior, typical variants of the conflict situations resolution are considered. It's noted that the prevention of person's anti-social behavior in the contemporary context consists in increase by new competences of conflicts resolution.
