During calorimetric tests are carried out to evaluate thermal condition of various heat-stressed parts. In this case the supply of cooling air through the working section requires minimization of heat losses to increase the precision of the experiment. For this reason, in the experimental study of each object is necessary to develop individual work area. The article describes the construction working areas for studies of the thermal state of high-temperature GTE blades in the melt crystallizing of the metal. The developed design presented to the working areas to reduce heat loss in the «work area-object of control», to improve the accuracy of comparative evaluation of the thermal state of the investigated objects, to shorten the time of the preparatory operations calorimetric method of control, to simulate the operating thermal and gas-dynamic conditions of a supply of cooling air to be tested to gas turbine blades.
