Consultation as a mechanism of the international conflicts management: comparative analysis of R. J. Fisher’s and P. A. Gudev’s conceptions

This article presents the comparative analysis of Russian and American political scientists’ views on the problem of political consultations as a mechanism of the international organizational conflicts management in the international intergovernmental organizations (NATO, WPO, OSCE, SCO, CIS).
