Contact of languages: Russian words with English equivalents

The process of borrowing English words is intensifying every year more and more, mainly due to the high social status of the language. On the one hand, this process is inevitable, but on the other hand, the originality of the Russian language is lost. Speaking about the expediency of using this or that borrowing, it should be remembered that it is not the borrowings themselves that are bad, but their inaccurate, incorrect use. Therefore, using anglicisms in speech, one must understand their exact meaning in order not to distort the meaning.
