Contextual and situational conditionality of phraseology in monologue utterance operation

The article deals with the specificity of functioning and use of phraseology, determined by the context and situation of the monologic utterance, and discourse as an important object for analysis. The process of producing a coherent text means selecting, choosing, combining and organizing linguistic units. The speaker chooses proper words and word combinations, whether they correspond to the speaker's communicative intention, communicative situation and relationships of partners, including their ethnicity, culture and traditions.
