The article describes the problem of professionalization of the preparation of the specialists for social sphere within the open model, directed to the development of the meanings of all the participants of the educational process - students, employers, teachers. It is supposed, that the polysubjectiveness, dynamics of meanings, innovations in professional-educational projects work as the main principles of functioning of a cluster model.
