Contextual argument vs universal argument

The article deals with the methods of contextual reasoning that are different from the correct methods based on the adherence logical rules of inference reasoning. Contextual methods of argument include references to intuition, faith, authority, tradition, i.e. paralogical tactics. Considering the views of the representatives of pragmalinguistics it is concluded that in the process of argumentation logical and paralogical demonstrations techniques are combined into a closed structure to convince the recipient to accept the point of view.
