Content analysis of the state program of the Russian Federation "Education Development"

The article deals with the actual problems that exist in the system of modern Russian education, identified by means of content analysis of the state program of the Russian Federation "Education Development". The article reveals the content and modern interpretation of the concepts: "education", "training", "development", as the main categories of content analysis. Categories: "training", "education" and "development" are the three most important elements in the structure of education, so it was necessary to reveal their depth. On the basis of the material obtained during the analysis, the definitions were operationalized: "education", "training", "education", their distinctive features, which are of fundamental importance for the entire work, are shown. The author indicates the place of education in the structure of society. The necessity of improving the quality of the educational process within the framework of modern educational organizations is substantiated. In the final phase of the article, recommendations are given for the modernization of the educational process in order to increase the prestige of the teaching profession.
