"Contraband" a criminal act in the criminal law of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union

In this article the author carries out the comparative legal analysis of the norms providing criminal liability for such socially dangerous act as smuggling in the criminal legislation of the member States of the Eurasian economic Union, reveals both General signs, and differences in criminalization by legislators of the specified States of this criminal act, puts forward some author's offers on unification of the norms providing responsibility for smuggling in the criminal legislation of the member States of this Union.
