Control of the functional state of the CNS of athletes in the water floor at different stages of the competitive period

The analysis of scientific literature devoted to the control of the training process of water polo players showed that there are quite few direct studies on this problem, but in studies in which the nervous system was controlled in team sports, as well as in water sports, the need to study psychophysiological indicators of the central nervous system state on various stages of the competitive period. In this regard, based on related studies, to control the functional state of the central nervous system of young athletes, we use methods that reflect the strength of the nervous system and its performance.
