Control and management of road quality in ensuring financial and economic safety of road construction

In this article, the authors outline the importance of ensuring financial and economic security in road construction, the significance of quality management of highways in the socio-economic development of the country. The dynamics of improving the quality of roads in the Kyrgyz Republic are given in accordance with the rating of the World Economic Forum; factors influencing the quality of roads are considered, the need for road certification is noted in order to systematize the database of highways. The authors also review the system of managing the condition of highways and determine the main methods of ensuring financial and economic security in road construction.
