Controling or changing management of project scope

The article considers the issues of understanding the management and control of changes of the project scope. The difference between the notions of «control» and «management» is given and the influence of each term on approaches to working with changes on projects. It is determined that the concept of "management" is more precise and recommendations are given for organizing the process of managing changes of the project scope.
