Данная статья представляет собой теоретико-концептуальное исследование инструментов контроля процессов, протекающих в редакции при подготовке медиатекста. Автор предлагает описание и классификацию методик, позволяющих изучать, фиксировать, измерять рутинные действия журналиста. Полученное знание, в свою очередь, может стать эффективной составляющей управленческих практик в условиях трансформации медиасреды под влиянием конвергенции.

Control of newsroom processes quality

This article presents the conceptual investigation of the tools used in the control of the newsroom’s processes aimed at the creation of media-texts. The author offers the description and classification of methods used to identify, study, and measure the journalistic routines. This knowledge can be helpful in managing newsrooms ithin the process of the transformation of media environment influenced by the convergence factors.
