The reason for the insufficiently effective application of the project approach of regional management, when the developed projects cannot effectively solve the accumulated problems, lies in the plane of the control function for their implementation. Consideration of this project management tool "The Older Generation in the Context of Active Longevity" as a set of interrelated procedures for identifying deviations between planned and actual results, established the need to strengthen it in the direction of monitoring annual changes in quantitative and qualitative targets based on automated information processing with the placement of its results on the website of the relevant ministries of the region.
