Control over the activities of a notary in the Russian Federation and foreign countries: comparative analysis

To protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, the notary is gaining more and more importance every time. The constant digitalization taking place in our lives could not but affect the industry related to the work of notaries. And each time, the notarial actions performed by these persons become more and more necessary for every citizen of Russia, because without them, to issue the necessary documents, having received, for example, property by inheritance through registration directly with a notary, simply will not work - only the specified person can fulfill certain powers prescribed by law. In this article we will reveal the essence of the control over the activities of notaries, as well as analyze the control over the notary, which is carried out in Russia and abroad on the example of Germany, Italy, France and the Netherlands.
