Controlling as an effective cost management system

The article discusses the issue of one of the cost management methods - controlling, which allows to carry out detailed cost control to achieve effective enterprise management; its goals, objectives, functions and features. Controlling influences the concept of cost management of the company, tightly linking information systems, planning and control. In addition, the article provides a brief instruction on what needs to be done by the organization for the introduction of the control system.
