Controlling as a purposeful evolution management technology

The article illustrates a comparative analysis of the existing controlling definitions and concepts. Some results of the budgeting and controlling systems collations are demonstrated. The general roster of controlling functions within an enterprise management system is presented. The controlling implementation and improvement methodological approach is worked out.
