Control and analytical functions of realization of the strategic imperative logistics management investment and construction projects

The article deals with an analytical function of logistics management of investment and construction projects in the framework of the strategic imperative. It presents a program the scheme of function of control in the course of implementation of the plan of the construction project, in case of interaction with factors of external and internal environment. Benchmarks reflect the current results of activities, and serve for adjustment of logistic process in case of a deviation from the established standard rates.
