Control materials in the system of assessment of students' language competence formation in agrarian higher education institution

The analysis of requirements to results of proficiency of the main professional educational programs according to Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education shows that the university graduate must possess a set of formed competences. In the field of foreign language graduates' skills are connected with capability of oral and written communication in interpersonal and cross-cultural interaction. The special importance in this process is purchased by the system of assessment of competences formation. In the article the experience of development of test tasks base on the discipline «Foreign language» for determination of level of language competence of students is provided. The offered tasks according to lexicon, grammar, speech etiquette, writing, regional geography and reading conform to modern requirements to testing and completely reflect the contents of the program.
