Control and supervision activities in the field of fire safety

The article is devoted to the analysis of control and supervisory activities in the field of fire safety in the Russian Federation. The main aspects of the organization and conduct of inspections of various facilities for compliance with fire safety requirements are considered. The paper describes in detail the legal basis of control activities, including regulations and regulations governing the process of control. Special attention is paid to the role of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in ensuring fire safety and improving methods of monitoring compliance with fire safety standards. Examples of successful implementation of measures to prevent fires and minimize their consequences are given. Based on the analysis, recommendations are proposed to improve the effectiveness of control and supervisory activities in the field of fire safety.
