The characteristics of seven pea varieties of different groups of ripening are described. These cultivars provide the sustainable row material input in canning factories of Krasnodar region. In boghar-ic agriculture it takes 24-26 days. When using the irrigation system and different time of sowing it takes 35-40 days.
