The paper discusses about the use of business models for the simulation of interaction between departments in a point of document management, as one of the key success factors. The model supports stable long-term development of bank, increase employee productivity and business processes, achieve strategic goals. Effectiveness of bank''s management depends on amount, efficiency and reliability of the information. It is reasoned that an optimal solution is the analysis and enhancement of model of document flow management by implementation of the full-fledged information system, which support processes of business simulation of document management.
