Coordination of Educational and Research Activities at High-Tech Enterprises

The article analyzes the coordination of educational and research activities at high-tech enterprises. We have considered organizational mechanisms for research-and- development (R&D) management and the personnel training system in conjunction with corporate goals and market requirements. It is emphasized the role of research and education centers as key elements of innovative development management, in particular the principles of project-based R&D management, the distribution of responsibilities, and procedures for monitoring and evaluating results. The article presents the approaches to developing a corporate training system for managers, engineers and technicians, production personnel, and proposes the solutions for building an educational environment that ensures continuing professional development and reproduction of human resource potential in the context of digital transformation. The practical value of the work is in recommendations for improving the management model for educational and research activities aimed at increasing R&D efficiency, developing personnel competencies, and enhancing competitive advantage of high-tech enterprises.
