A copy of the royal charter to the Persian Shah Sefi (Safi) I (1641) about the death of the ambassador Asan-Bek

The article is a publication of a copy of royal charter of Tsar Mikhail Fedorovich to the Persian Shah Sefi (Safi) I. The document was written in the Ambassadorial Chancery in 1641. The royal charter was a notification of the death of the Shah's ambassador, Asan-bek. The copy is made from the letter, the list of which is part of the «Persian» embassy book № 9 (1640-1643). This document is mentioned in the historiography and is being published for the first time.
