The article studies the coping behaviour types basing upon the research of teachers’ coping behaviour in a high school in conflict situations occurring among teaching personnel. The author defines differences in teachers’ responses to the extreme circumstances according to the length of their vocational experience. The coping behaviour study was carried out on the basis of the methodology developed by Sizova and Fillipchekova “Cognitive strategies of coping behaviour".
