The article is devoted to the legal nature of the procedural activities of the judiciary on the merits and resolution of corporate disputes. The concept and types of corporate disputes are revealed, the features of the consideration of corporate disputes by arbitration courts are studied. The article reveals the features of the subjective composition of the legal nature of claims in corporate disputes, as well as the main legal problems of these features of corporate claims.
