The retrospective analysis of literature on fodder yeasts application in the practical feeding of cows has been made by the author, and the research of the effectiveness of the I-SAK 1026 as a protein addition in highly productive dairy cows feeding have been performed. The research of the medicine influence on the fodder eating process, the dry matter digestion, and the protein break-up has been made. Nowadays the processing and analyzing of the obtained data are being done.
