The “royal seat”. Supplementing and complementing the visible

This article is an attempt at a philosophical investigation of the problems connected with how and what we see. As the author sets out his solution of the problem, he provides a detailed analysis of the process and the stages of the observation procedure, the structure and modification of the continuum of the visible, as well as considering a number of aspects connected with organizing the horizon of visual perception. The problems under investigation are viewed from the perspectives of philosophical anthropology and metaphysics. The author’s approach to this problem makes it possible to consider a number of questions relating to the history and current state of modern European philosophy.
