The degree of proficiency in communication techniques is the main criterion for professional suitability of an employee. The purpose of business communication is to organize successful cooperation and create optimal conditions for the successful solution of problems facing the organization and its individual employees, which distinguishes it from communication in the broad sense of the word. The article introduces the need to develop and improve business communication skills in modern corporate communication.
