Corporative culture as a tool of effective managing the tourist business enterprise

The author of the article gives an example of some fragments from rich history of genesis and forming such notions as « business culture» and «corporative culture». He shows the connection of the history of scientific knowledge, of up-to-date rules of conducting international business, and of present problems of Russian business culture in the modern period of the development of tourist industry enterprises in Russia. To summarize scientific conclusions from the research the author proves the reality for further development of business culture for a leader of a tourist enterprise and corporative culture in the sphere of tourism. An important place of such cultural directions in the process of overcoming crisis phenomena in the world finance-economic system of the beginning of the XXI century has been substantiated in the article.
