The article is based on modern special literature analysis, the phenomenon of corporative culture is regarded as a recourse of total quality management at educational processes. The author presents the sense of the phenomenon, reveals its structure, characteristics and functions. The author shares the point of view taken from Japan management that quality has moral characteristics and depends on human factor, most of all - corporate values adapted by a person.
