Corporate culture in cultural studies discourse: structure and functions

The article analyzes various points of view on corporate culture within the framework of socio-philosophical, anthropological, managerial methodological approaches. The author chose the cultural approach as a methodological basis for the article, which allowed not only to determine the place of the organization's corporate culture in the management system, but also to identify two subsystems in it: regulating (includes various levels of organization management) and regulated (consists of ordinary employees, among whom public opinion leaders stand out – the predpridanty). It was found that the system of corporate culture of the organization consists of normative value attitudes, rituals, symbols, identity of the organization and models of social behavior in various situations of social and communicative interaction.
