Corporate social responsibility as a factor of social development of personnel

The relevance of the study lies in the fact that in modern conditions corporate social responsibility is an important factor in the social development of personnel of any organization. During the study, an assessment of corporate social responsibility was carried out at Stroymontazh LLC, based on the results of which shortcomings were identified and conclusions were drawn about the need to increase the internal level of social responsibility, which is aimed at developing the organization’s own personnel.
