The corporate social responsibility of industrial enterprises as a factor of increasing the competitiveness of regional socio-economic systems

The article discusses aspects of increasing the competitiveness of regional socio-economic systems based on improving the mechanisms of interaction between society, government and business through the implementation of measures within the framework of corporate social responsibility (hereinafter referred to as CSR) of large industrial companies operating in the Murmansk region. The role of CSR of large industrial companies in improving the sustainability of regional socio-economic systems is assessed. The aim of this work is to determine the conditions for the CSR usage of large industrial companies at the regional level based on the study of the interaction between business, government and society in order to improve the effectiveness of managerial decisions aimed at the development of regional socio-economic systems. Necessity of strengthening the role of CSR in the development of the social sphere of the territory of presence of large industrial companies, implementation of measures to preserve human capital, the development of interaction between business, government and society is concluded. This will allow obtaining additional competitive advantages, both for the companies themselves and for regional socio-economic systems in general.
