Corporate social policy: tasks, basic elements and principles of formation

The article is devoted to the consideration of a number of basic theoretical aspects of the formation of corporate social policy of organizations in modern conditions. Various author's interpretations of the concept of «social policy of an organization», its main elements, as well as the tasks of its implementation in the organization are considered. Special attention is paid to the consideration of the factors and principles of the formation of the corporate social policy of the organization.
